1. Located in the thick of a single-family home, so you can keep it quiet. 2. Convenient amenities such as convenience stores, cafes and noodle restaurants are within 1~2 minutes walk from the villa. 3. Located between Da Nang and Montgomery CC and Da Nang city center so it is very convenient to travel. 4. The villa cleaning is in excellent condition. 5. Everyone who came with us was very satisfied.

This house is beautiful, my family enjoyed our stay, my children enjoyed the pool. The house is located in a quiet area, you need to use a car service to get to town which is not a problem. Minh also helped me organize a bbq party to meet friends. Response time was quick if we needed anything.

My recent stay at this stunning Indochina-style Airbnb villa, expertly managed by Minh and Thao, was an absolute joy. The villa itself boasts a design aesthetic that wonderfully blends tradition with modern comfort, making it an ideal choice for family trips. The Karaoke Room was the highlight of our stay, providing us with plenty of entertainment and fun family moments. Meanwhile, the convenience of having a mini supermarket just a short walk away and the beach just a 5-minute Grab taxi ride away added to the ease and comfort of our trip. Minh and Thao are phenomenal hosts, their enthusiasm and willingness to assist throughout our stay. Their attention to detail and commitment to guest comfort truly sets them apart. I look forward to visiting this charming villa on our next trip. The beautiful design, along with the hospitable atmosphere fostered by Minh and Thao, make this Airbnb a must-see destination.
